I’m still not sure how old this Victoria Justice chick is so I need to choose my words carefully. Here she is all dressed up like an adult woman at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards last night. She looks very nice and respectful, her parents must be very proud of this young lady, I think that as she matures she is really going to grow into her own very nicely. That should do it.
