Emma Bunton gave birth to her second child, son Tate, on Friday, who weighed in at 7 lbs. “Both mother and baby are doing well,” her rep says in a statement, “and the family are over the moon and would like to thank everyone for their kind wishes and support.” Bunton also expressed her joy – via Twitter. “Our beautiful son Tate has arrived safe and sound!
