Lindsay Lohan was supposed to sit for a deposition yesterday over that whole alleged car hijacking and cocaine possession extravaganza from way back in 2007. But due to some confusion (Hers? Laywers?) Lindsay blew it off and decided to have lunch with friends at La Scala in Beverly Hills and then went shopping at Switch Boutique.
