The police on Monday issued the permit for the outdoor election rally between 7pm and 10pm. Earlier on Tuesday, the police issued a list of nine rally sites for the Presidential Election – eight sports stadiums, and a site at Boat Quay next to UOB Plaza meant only for lunchtime rallies.
