In a bizarre plea deal, these two women have agreed to hold up signs admitting to their crimes in exchange for no jail time. Both 56-year-old Evelyn Border and 35-year-old Tina Griekspoor stood outside a Pennsylvania courthouse for four-and-a-half hours on Tuesday brandishing signs that read: “I stole from a 9-year-old girl on her birthday! Don’t steal or this could happen to you!” The women admitted to stealing a giftcard from the nine-year-old child after she left it on a shelf in a WalMart store.
