Carly Rae Jepsen and Owl City Release "Good Time" Music Video

Carly Rae Jepsen is happy that talk around the Internet is turning back to her music career. For most of yesterday, this 26-year old dealt with false chatter about a rumored sex tape . But now online buzz has turned instead to the official music video Jepsen has released with Owl City for their collaboration, “Good Time.” In it, Carly and singer Adam Young head out on the road for a camping adventure, replete with tents, fires and, of course, dancing. Nikkole Paulun on Father: Abusive A-Hole!

Nikkole Paulun, a 16 and Pregnant star who was introduced on Season 2 of this MTV series, has leveled some rather serious accusations at her dad. Why do we never see this parent on the small screen? Said Paulun this week via Twitter: “You NEVER got to see my dad on camera because he’s an abusive asshole. One night after Lyle was born her BEAT me up & I literally had to jump out my window & hitch a ride to my bestfriends house to get away.” Nikkole goes on to write that her father has referred to her by every derogatory name in the book, that he has threatened to kill her and that her mom “thinks I should get along with him.” However: “I don’t think I EVER will.” Well, no, we should hope not. Not if these assertions are valid. For the sake of Nikkole’s child if not herself, she ought to get the heck out of there.

Rep Shoots Down Chris Brown/Rihanna Reunion Rumors

There is nothing there. That’s the word today from a Chris Brown representative, who has been forced to come out and officially shoot down talk that this singer is spending time with Rihanna in Cannes at the moment. Reports have even said both partied it up on Magic Johnson’s yacht. Rumors of the pair at least hanging out together first cropped up because each has been spotted in France over the past couple days. But Rihanna is in the area on vacation, while Brown is there for work and is even accompanied by girlfriend Karrueche Tran . “People are trying to connect them,” Brown’s rep tells E! News. “Chris is there to shoot a video for Swizz Beatz and with Luda.” Of course, this isn’t the first time buzz has circulated around Brown and Rihanna secretly hooking up . It likely won’t be the last time, either.
