The Bachelor creator and executive producer Mike Fleiss is facing criminal charges for harassing David Charvet and Brooke Burke. You won’t believe how. An arrest warrant was issued by the Los Angeles County D.A., charging Fleiss with the crime of disturbing the peace via the use of excessive noise. David Charvet and Brooke Burke have complained that Fleiss “initiated a campaign of terror and harassment” against them, and now we know why. In addition to making physical threats against them, allegedly … he’s been blaring barking dog sounds from huge speakers pointing at their property. It’s not clear why, but he apparently despises the married parents of four more than Reality Steve and The Bachelor spoilers that leak every December. Charvet and Burke tried unsuccessfully last month to obtain a restraining order, but the police evidently took up the case, and Fleiss will be arrested . Again, we have no idea what started the beef with Brooke and David, but The Bachelor honcho does not sound like a person you’d want as a neighbor. Fleiss, who married Laura Kaeppeler earlier this year, was reportedly uncooperative with law enforcement officials during the ensuing investigation. Andy Dick has pulled, well, a dick move. Allegedly, that is. According to TMZ, the trouble actor was riding his bike on Hollywood Boulevard last week when he spotted a man wearing an expensive necklace. The former Newsradio star supposedly asked the victim if he could see it and the man, recognizing Dick, responded in the affirmative. Authorities say Dick then simply rode away with the item, which was later valued at $1,000. The man reported the crime and police arrested Dick when they found him on his bike near his home Friday night. The copes arrested Dick for grand theft and and he sat in jail until posting $25,000 bond Saturday morning. In addition to NewsRadio, Dick briefly had his own program on MTV and enjoyed roles in several movies. He also was a contestant on Dancing with the Stars last year. In January 2012, Dick was accused of battery against a tourist in Hollywood, while he also went on an Anti-Semitic rant in August 2011 and was arrested that same year for disorderly conduct. He was taken to Clayton County jail.
