British retailer Harvey Nichols confirmed today to Vogue UK that the outfit is out of stock at its London boutique. “Since the announcement of the royal engagement, we have been inundated with requests regarding Issa,” the store’s buying director, Averyl Oates, said of the Sapphire dress, which costs $616.
