Hope Solo married to Jerramy Stevens

U.S. women#39;s soccer star Hope Solo married former NFL tight end Jerramy Stevens on Tuesday evening, according to Sportsradio 950AM and 102.9FM host Dave Mahler. The wedding would have occurred mere hours after Stevens was released from police custody pending an investigation into a suspected assault against Solo. Stevens and Solo allegedly fought over whether they would live in Washington or Florida after they got married. There was alcohol involved, the fight escalated, and Solo#39;s bro

Detroit Mayor Bans Cameras from Police Raids

In response to the death of 7-year-old Aiyana Stanley-Jones — who was killed during a police raid with a camera crew for the A&E series The First 48 in tow — Detroit mayor Dave Bing banned all reality show camera crews from police ride-alongs. Said Bing: “When we found out [that a camera crew was on the scene], I immediately called [Police Chief] Warren Evans and [deputy mayor] Saul Green and [said], ‘That’s the end of that.'” [ The Detroit News ]
