He’s not the pa…somebody lyin’ Kourtney Kardashian Claims She Never Had Sex With Male Model Claiming Paternity Of Mason Via RadarOnline Kourtney Kardashian is steaming mad about the lawsuit filed by the guy who claims he is the biological father of her son Mason and a source close to her told RadarOnline.com that his claim is impossible because “she did not have sex with that model.” Michael Girgenti is the male model claiming he’s the real father of her 3-year-old and seeking joint custody in a paternity suit filed Thursday in Los Angeles, however his paternity claim doesn’t ring true to the people that know her. “This whole thing is so ridiculous,” the source close to Kourtney said. “She thinks it is stupid and it really isn’t true.” The source said Kourtney has been adamant about the relationship and said: “She did not have sex with that model.” Kourtney’s lawyer Todd Wilson said Girgenti “has been selling false and fabricated stories to the tabloids for years about Kourtney Kardashian and her son, Mason,” noting that “Scott Disick is Mason’s father.
