The diminutive actress must no longer be worried about being typecast as the “cute cheerleader” – or she's just tired of messing with color conditioners (red is notoriously difficult to keep up). When Panettiere dyed her hair red in January, she told Us Magazine , “I'm typically a very fiery person anyway, but I just feel like cute and blonde and little is just so one category and one thing and changing my hair color, I feel like I don't have to overcompensate so much for the fact that I don't like being called cute or anything like that – especially being all 5-foot-2 of me.” But at a Hollywood screening of The Perfect Game , which stars Hayden's younger sibling Jansen, Hayden sported a shoulder-length bob in her natural shade.
