We spotted David Beckham driving his blacked out Cadillac Escalade and instead of having two-hands on the wheel and eyes on the road, the 34-year-old LA Galaxy star was texting on his cell phone! A violation of California state law! Becks was leaving practice when we caught him cell-handed.
