Japan#39;s Honda Motors said they have defective engine parts. It said defective engine bolts may cause trouble with the motor cooling system and could eventually cause the engines to stop. Some 4,200 Honda cars sold by Kah Motor in Singapore are affected by a global recall involving 200,000 passenger cars.
