Nappy Roots is back on the scene with a new independent album produced entirely by the legendary Atlanta production trio, Organized Noize. Although, it’s been nearly 10 years since Nappy Roots exploded onto the mainstream scene with 2002’s Watermelon, Chicken & Grits which yielded hit singles “Awnaw” and “Po’ Folkz”, the group is still hard at it with endless touring, new album entitled Nappy Dot Org while even finding time to give back to the community.
