Guess he was lookin’ for another horn to blow… Fairfax County police say they have arrested a man who is a band teacher at Robinson Secondary School in Fairfax for computer solicitation of a child. Police say 43-year-old Michael K. Cook of Centreville has been charged with soliciting a child under the age of 15. Police say the alleged victim was not a student at the school and was not under Cook’s supervision. Police say an investigation is ongoing. No other details were released.
