Macklemore & Ryan Lewis will be joined by Madonna at tonight’s Grammy Awards for a rendition of their hit song “Same Love,” and that’s not nearly all: While the hip hop duo performs their gay marriage anthem, 34 same-sex couples will marry in a collective, on-air wedding officiated by Queen Latifah. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis – Same Love ft. Mary Lambert Nominated for Song of the Year, and with marriage equality sparking intense national debate, “Same Love” was one of 2013’s most talked-about records. The song’s featured vocalist, Mary Lambert, will also join Her Madgesty, Ryan Lewis and Macklemore, who are nominated for seven awards tonight. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis are nominated for seven trophies Sunday, including Best New Artist and Album of the Year. The 56th annual Grammy Awards air live at 8 p.m. EST.
