More than a year after they separated, it’s now nice and legal: Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are getting a divorce. The actor filed legal papers today in Los Angeles Superior Court, with Kutcher citing “irreconcilable differences” as the basis for the split and with spousal support as a seeming non-issue. He is not seeking any from Moore and he has told the court not to deny Demi’s request if she makes one. Kutcher and Moore announced the end of their marriage last November, following Kutcher’s exposed affair with Sara Leal . Despite the bitter end to their six-year union, both sides have mostly taken the high road over the past 12 months. There has been scarcely any public sniping, just anonymous claims that Moore has been delaying the divorce out of spit for Kutcher moving on so easily to Mila Kunis . But it’s all over now and the two sides can legally move on with their public and private lives. Perhaps Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries can take note.
