Meek Mill Moves For Immediate Release From Prison Because He Was Arrested By A “Dirty Cop”

Meek Mill Moves To Dismiss His Conviction Due To Cop’s Record After putting his prosecuting judge under the microscope for her questionable conducting of court proceedings , Meek and his legal team are now calling the officer who arrested him in the first place into question. According to new docs found by TMZ , Meek’s arresting officer in his 2007 drug bust — the one for which he’s been on probation ever since — has a documented history of lying in his reports and making dirty arrests. A new report on Philly’s dirty/racist cops lists Meek’s arresting Reginald Graham as having a history of stealing money during his arrests and frequently beating up suspects. In Meek’s case, another cop has gone on record stating that Graham lied when he reported that Meek pointed a gun at him — in actuality, he only removed it from his waistband to discard of it. Furthermore, he says Graham lied by claiming that Meek resisted arrest. With this info, the team claims Meek’s entire case should be tossed out , and he should be released from prison instantly. Tommie Lee Assaults Employee At Mall Jewelry Store Looks like Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star Tommie Lee isn’t quite sure when to call “cut” on some of her reality-ready shenanigans…and the Atlanta PD may have to set her straight because of it. According to a police report obtained by TMZ , Tommie and a male friend of hers visited the Henri Bendel store at Lenox Mall in Atlanta on February 1. An employee named Daniella says she was helping the two, when Tommie started becoming increasingly rude. Daniella says that when she confronted Tommie about her attitude and manner of speaking, the reality star flew off the handle. Surveillance cameras caught Tommie yelling and screaming at the associate, before coming around the jewelry counter to repeatedly slap and punch the woman. A store manager broke things up, and Tommie and her friend fled. Store managers say that Tommie and the same man have visited the luxury retailer on several occasions, and have attempted to steal items in the past. Daniella was visibly bruised on her face and eye. Naturally, she is pressing charges and plans to sue. SMH. Ashley Greene Fire: Huge Blaze Engulfs Twilight Star’s Condo, Kills Dog

A fire ripped through the West Hollywood condo owned by Twilight star Ashley Greene this morning, causing major damage and killing one of her dogs. At least 10 fire trucks swarmed to the seven-story building earlier today to extinguish the blaze. Three people were treated for minor injuries. Residents in the building who live near Ashley Greene say that her brother and assistant had been going in and out of the condo all morning. One resident says she heard glass exploding in Ashley’s condo. Of the 26-year-old’s two fox terriers, one died at the scene under the bed. The second dog lived and was taken by Animal Control to be checked out. Several other residents tried to fight the blaze with fire extinguishers and were covered in soot. It’s still not clear what exactly started the blaze. According to TMZ, Ashley, her boyfriend and her brother were out late last night and were sleeping when the fire broke out on the living room sofa. They ran out of the apartment, and then realized the dogs were still there. Bravely, the two men tried to get back in to rescue them but couldn’t. The “inconsolable” Ashley wanted to keep the dog that died, so firefighters wrapped it in a sheet and gave it either to Ashley or one of the two guys. We’re sorry for Ash’s loss and for the fact that she had to go through that. It’s easy to get a new place, but pets and memories are forever. Chin up, girl.

Miranda Lambert Cleared of Allegedly Threatening to Punch Store Owner

Earlier this week, country stars Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton cleared up rumors about his non-affair with Cady Groves and other tabloid allegations. Now she’s been cleared – in a bizarre case in which a local store owner complained Lambert threatened to punch her. Police will not be charging her. Officials in Tishomingo, Okla., found no evidence that Shelton’s wife ever threatened to punch the woman earlier this month, as was reported. “Both the District Attorney and City Attorney reached the same conclusion that no crime was committed,” said an investigator working the case. Melanie Peden, 48, claimed Lambert became angry after she was invited to check out the former’s new antique store, Two Doors Down Junktique. This was March 5, just a few days before its grand opening. As it turns out, the shop is located near the crooner’s own boutique, The Pink Pistol. Per the National Enquirer, her accuser alleged Lambert launched into a tirade after learning that Peden bought the real estate out from under her. “She just walked around the place scowling at everything and finally blurted out that I stole this,” Peden said. “I was shocked when she became so angry.” Peden said that Lambert then became so incensed, she then threatened to slug her right in the mouth and take her to court. Police did not agree. Thankfully for the Grammy Award winner, law enforcement probing the matter determined otherwise and closed their investigation. Case closed. Crazy month for Blake Shelton and Miranda Shelton , but they seem to be taking all the rumors, hints, accusations and tabloid gossip in stride. Rock on.
