SMH… Man Punches Elderly Man For Sneezing One Queens man was so concerned about contracting the sniffles that he knocked out an elderly man who he felt was spreading his bacteria a little too closely for his comfort. Via NYpost : A germaphobic punk punched an elderly man who sneezed near him at a Queens subway station Wednesday, police said. The thug slugged on the left side of the sneezy 68-year-old’s face on the mezzanine at the Roosevelt Avenue- 74th Street subway station in Jackson Heights about 6:30 p.m. Christmas Eve, cops said Thrusday. The blow sent the victim tumbling to the station’s floor. The attacker then then fled through the station’s doors and is still at large. The victim suffered bruises on the back of his head, but did not black out. He was treated at Elmhurst Hospital. According to surveillance footage, the suspect appears to be in his thirties and six feet tall. He was wearing dark sunglasses and a waist-length jacket.
