Rapper Tyler Thomas Releases New Video And EP 23-year old Los Angeles rapper Tyler Thomas who has been accruing a steady buzz the last few years since his 2012 release of “Whiskey on the Rocks” which earned him a studio invite from No I.D. Since then he’s released two projects, including 2013’s free EP Higher Learning.
