A Florida woman is suing a popular massage parlor chain for refusing to provide her with services because of her HIV positive status. Alecia Tramel was visiting a Massage Envy in Aventura for her monthly massage and when she was asked about her medical history things went left. She asked me, ‘Do you have any medical conditions?’ I say, ‘I’m HIV positive.’ She said, ‘Get undressed to your underwear, get on the table and cover up,’ and she leaves out of the room,” Tramel told Florida’s Local 10 News. Tramel said an employee returned and told her, “We will not be able to provide you with a service because you need a doctor’s consent.” “(The) first time in 19 years I feel devastated, but instead of it making me want to crawl under a rock, it fueled me,” Tramel said about the experience. SEE ALSO: Over A Hundred Women Come Forward Stating They Were Allegedly Sexually Assaulted At Massage Envy Tramel is now filling a lawsuit against the owners of the franchise. “You can’t discriminate in the provision of services, public accommodations, which Massage Envy is,” Tramel’s lawyer Courtney Cunningham said. “You can’t discriminate in providing services to people who are HIV positive just because they are HIV positive.” Tramel, who was diagnosed in 2000, said she was shocked that she was discriminated against. “I went to the car, sat in the car, and I said, ‘This is what it feels like.’ I think I was numb. I felt pain, isolation and fear from a place I went to get a service.” Tramel added that she is also symptom-free, so there were no grounds to be concerned about her physical health or getting a doctor’s note. Cuba Gooding Jr. is back in court after another woman has accused the actor of touching her inappropriately. According to published reports, an unnamed individual claims that Gooding touched “intimate parts” at a Manhattan nightclub last year. The latest accusation follows two other incidents of groping against the actor for which he was charged. Charges include “grabbing a woman’s breast” at a bar in New York City and “pinching the buttocks” of a woman at a nightclub. As previously reported , Cuba Gooding Jr. appeared in court last month pleading not guilty to a four-count misdemeanor indictment charging him with inappropriate conduct involving two women. Prosecutors revealed in court that they want to use allegations from another 12 accusers against him to assist with showing his “character” during the trial. “Defendant’s past behavior shows that he routinely approaches women while at bars or nightclubs with whom he has limited or no prior interaction, and touches them inappropriately,” prosecutors argued in court papers obtained by Vulture . “His prior acts demonstrate that his contacts with their intimate parts are intentional, not accidental, and that he is not mistaken about their lack of consent.” The uncharged allegations against Gooding include forcible biting, licking, and kissing on some 12 occasions since 2001. Gooding is not charged in relation to these other 12 accusers, and a judge will decide later whether prosecutors can use their allegations in court. Gooding pleaded not guilty to the third charge of groping. The official charges for the incident are the same as the previous two including, forcible touching and third-degree sexual abuse. More importantly though, the video showed fans the long road ahead along with a small portion of his recovery process and, to be honest, it looks just as painful as you’d imagine. The car in question includes a boosted Dodge Hell Cat motor–If you are not familiar with that motor, just think about almost any rap song. It’s what all the young, rich rappers want because quite frankly, it is fast as HELL. But luckily, while everyone was prepared for Kevin’s situation to become a big legal mess with everyone involved lawyering up , it seems that those involved are just focused on getting back healthy and to 100%. Since the wreck, the comedian hasn’t done any interviews or spoke publicly, other than the Instagram video he posted above. At the moment, it looks like he’s focusing on getting back to work, as his upcoming project J umanji (The Next Level) dropped its first official trailer–which means it’s about time to promote. Just when you thought he was seeing the light and was going to keep quiet while doing his weekly Sunday Service , he announced a new album. And of course, with that new album, comes more of Ye talking out of his azz. For example, his new interview with Beats 1 host Zane Lowe, in which Lowe had to demand he stop referring to his fans as “Liberals” at every turn. Then, Kanye spilled the details of not letting his staff have premarital sex while working on his album . Throughout this and other interviews, Kanye details his newfound relationship with God, which according to him, got him a $68 million dollar tax return , along with explaining how he looks at things differently now–Especially throughout Hip-Hop culture and social media. Basically, he’s going around trashing everything we loved about him before along with all of Hip-Hop culture and the people who created it. These facts rubbed damn near everyone the wrong way, but one person who has the platform for it decided to use it to air out Kanye and his hypocrisy throughout the MAGA inspired propaganda he’s been spewing. Trevor Noah decided to take some time on The Daily Show to air out his problems with the things Kanye West has had to say as of late. Of course after the Beats1 interview, Big Boy Interview, Car Pool Karaoke, and even past Sunday Service rants he had plenty to work with to make his point. “I was watching that, and I was like, are you sh–ting me? Like, of all people. I’m not saying everything he’s saying is wrong, but you are gonna say it? You, as Kanye West, are gonna talk s–t about other rappers talking about buying ‘foreign?’” “You’re saying that 70, 80, 90% of Black people who are voting Democrat, their brainwashed? So you’re saying you’re the only person who’s enlightened, and all these Black people are stupidly following this Democratic-victim?” “The fact that these people are brainwashed, or the fact that, in America, you have to vote for the system that gives you the best chance? You only have two choices, and that does make it weird, but you only have two choices, and if you are a Black person you go, well, I’m going to vote for the choice that gives me the best chance of success.” These quotes are just the tip of the iceberg, as Trevor had a full 5-minute rant for Mr. West.
