I was kind of hoping that Miley Cyrus’ haircut was all some sort of elaborate hoax, just a poorly made Justin Bieber wig perhaps, but it looks like it’s the real deal. Here she is having her picture taken with some chicks on the street, looking like someone you’d expect to see washing your windshield with a filthy old rag. I’m just kidding, squeegee kids don’t normally wear fancy bras and see through tops. Thanks Miley.
