Jury Adjourned After Watching Sex Tape In 50 Cent Trial 50 Cent is currently standing trial for his “Pimpin’ Curly” leak of Rick Ross’ former girlfriend’s sex tape a few years back. To gauge the evidence, jurors had to sit through the entire sex tape — completely unedited — during session today. Apparently they were supposed to be paying attention to 50’s crude insults throughout the tape’s narration…however some people were so off put by the afternoon porn session that the judge sent everyone home early. Via PageSix : A raunchy sex video played Friday in a Manhattan trial involving the rapper 50 Cent was so graphic that the judge gave jurors an early start to the weekend after they squirmed in their seats throughout the 13-minute screening. The amateur porn features the ex-girlfriend of 50 Cent’s rival, rapper Rick Ross. Lastonia Leviston is suing Fitty, as he is also known, for putting it online with commentary trashing her. Fitty, who narrates the tawdry flick as his alter ego “Pimpin’ Curly,” taunts Ross saying, “Your daughter come out of that …” and calling her a series of derogatory names. Leviston gave birth to Ross’ baby. The video was made with a subsequent boyfriend. Most jurors were visibly uncomfortable by the sex video — with one tightly crossing her arms and turning her body to the side. As the screening ended, just before 1 p.m., Judge Paul Wooten turned up the lights in the courtroom and said to the jury, “Good news. It’s Friday. It’s sunny and you get an early day.” SMH. That can’t be good for his case.
