Florida Man Arrested For Masturbating While Walking His Dog Gotta love Florida … Via Sun-Sentinel A man accused a week ago of walking his dog while masturbating in public is back in jail after being linked to a similar crime, deputies said. Luis Mora, 63, of West Palm Beach, was released from Palm Beach County Jail June 20 after being charged with voyeurism, burglary, indecent exposure and resisting arrest. But he landed back in jail Thursday on additional burglary and voyeurism charges. The first incident happened June 11, when a woman reported a man looking through her bedroom window. It happened at 11:30 p.m. in the 1400 block of Stone Haven Estates Drive, less than 1/4-mile from Mora’s home in West Palm Beach, according to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s arrest report. The woman was in her bedroom with her boyfriend when her boyfriend heard a scraping noise just outside the window. The boyfriend looked outside to see a small dog, but when he looked to the right, he saw a man looking into the bedroom while standing on a lawn chair leaning against the house, according to the report.
