Jay And Bey Surprise Fans At Cleveland Rally For Hillary Clinton The Carters surprised fans at Hillary Clinton’s Cleveland “Stronger Together” voting rally tonight, with Bey popping out to perform ‘Formation’ and ‘Freedom’ and lend her official support to the Democratic nominee. Bey even shared a few words with the crowd about how monumental Hillary’s run in office would be for the nation: “There was a time when a woman’s opinion did not matter… less than 100 years ago women did not have the right to vote, look how far we’ve come to having no voice to being on the brink of history by electing the first woman president. But we have to vote. The world looks to us as a progressive country that needs change.
