I know Julianne Hough likes to work out a lot, it’s part of the reason I like her so much, because it means a constant string of leggings pictures. But I’m pretty sure she’s doing this exercise wrong. I’m no personal trainer or anything, but I thought you’re supposed to do backflips in a bikini. I guess this must’ve been a trial run for safety reasons, because I might’ve hurt myself if I wasn’t properly warmed up first.
