I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday break. Our entire family went to Fiji to spend time together before one of my brothers was re-deployed this week. It was an emotional holiday for all of us, but it was great sharing some quality time together as well. I was sick when I got back but am finally starting to feel better so the new year is looking more positive. Below is a great photo of us all on the beach. Over the last few weeks, I’ve been visiting all my patient friends that I neglected during the campaign. Some of my friends have gotten married and had babies, so there is a lot to catch up on! This week, I’m in one of my favorite places ever: New York City! I have some meetings and old friends to see. I have the honor of going to a dinner at the White House for Dad the day before the Inauguration and will be blogging about the whole experience prior to relaunching the site in February.
