Tuesday, the much talked-about New Health Care Bill of USA has already been signed by their historic president, President Barack Obama. The bill has experienced a lot of turmoils and challenges before it has finally passed the congress Sunday Night. Just like any other significant laws that has been passed, signing of it by the President is really a headline. A major bill such as this is already taking its own part in the history of USA. In as much as the signing has been observed, the number of pens that the president will use is also significant. It a memorabilia of a historic.
