It’s because she’s “embarrassed to take pictures” and she feels awkward and she doesn’t know “what else to do.” As for why Cyrus has a green tongue hanging outside her mouth in a new Instagram shot? That is anyone’s guess, but the photo was snapped in Tampa Bay, Florida, where the singer performed yesterday as part of 93.3 FLZ’s Jingle Ball. Along with this festive picture – which did not include censored boobs for a change – Cyrus announced that her next single and music video will be the slow track “Adore You.” “New single & video coming soon. #adoreyou,” the star Tweeted along with the following demure artwork.
