Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada’s marriage is over, officially. Already. They signed divorce papers and that was that. The married in a lavish ceremony July 4. This year. A Florida judge signed the couple’s papers early this morning. Per Ocho’s attorney Adam Swickle, the hearing was “very quick” and “procedural.” It only lasted “3-5 minutes” and neither Chad nor Evelyn Lozada were present. While she filed for divorce in August after Johnson was arrested for allegedly assaulting her, it took the NFL star a month to give in and file for divorce himself . Their nuptials were chronicled in the VH1 reality show Ev and Ocho , which was axed before it even aired in the aftermath of Johnson’s domestic violence arrest . Lozado began divorce proceedings just two days after the incident, to which he’s pleaded not guilty. Johnson, contrarily, got a big tattoo of Ev’s face. Her face . Neither has commented on the divorce, but Chad’s back doing what he does best – posting pics of himself on Twitter – and Lozada took to the social network as well. “Oh what a GREAT morning!!!” she wrote.
