Triston Horne, 36, was arrested Sunday on domestic battery charges. Deputies said Horne was spending the night with a woman to whom he was once married when the two got into an argument in the bedroom. According to an arrest report, the woman was using the bathroom when Horne barged in, accusing her of cheating on him with a sex toy. Deputies said Horne grabbed the woman’s arm and twisted it before returning to the bedroom, grabbing the sex toy and snapping it in half. The woman and her 16-year-old daughter pushed Horne out of the home, but he later returned and took the woman’s cellphone while they were asleep, the report said. Horne later admitted that he took her phone because she broke his.
