Bristol Palin is in the “Dancing With The Stars” finals amid claims Tea Party members have rigged the online vote. Fans booed Tuesday night when Palin was named a finalist. ABC will have some explaining to do about some apparent basic decisions it made with its online voting system that apparently allows savvy voters to vote as many times online as they want when public voting is allowed. And by the strict measure of ABC's rules, unlimited voting may not be cheating.
