Nehemiah Fischer, 35, was fatally shot during a confrontation with two state troopers on Friday, but the man#39;s wife, Laura #x0028;photographed#x0029;, is questioning the troopers#39; account. Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials said the man who was shot and killed by a state trooper Friday night is Nehemiah Fischer, 35. Police Chief Tim Longo said officers were called to the apartment of Yeardley Love, on 14th Street in Charlottesville, Monday morning at around 2:15 a.m. for what they thought was an alcohol overdose.
