Ben Woolf, an actor best known for portraying the character of Meep on American Horror Story: Freak Show, died today of injuries he suffered last week after being hit by a car. He was only 34 years old. As previously reported, Ben Woolf was jaywalking in Hollywood when he got clipped in the head by the side view mirror of an SUV. He was rushed to the hospital. The driver was not arrested or ticketed. The star has been heavily sedated since the terrible incident and passed away from a stroke this afternoon, multiple media outlets have confirmed. “We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from all over the world for our beloved Ben,” Woolf’s family says via statement. “He touched so many hearts in his 34 years.” A memorial service has been planned in Santa Barbara for some time in the next few days, while the 4’4″ actor’s organs are being donated to science. They are expected to help about 50 people.
