Britney Spears’ Vegas spectacular is really happening, and the announcement itself is shaping up to an extravaganza worthy of the “Work Bitch” singer. The show, entitled Britney, Piece Of Me, will blend her classics and new hits into one action-packed show, she confirmed on ABC’s Good Morning America . It will feel as much like Broadway as a concert. She says: Britney Spears GMA “We wanted the environment to be that way so people could come and have a good time and stand up and feel like they’re in the show with me.” “I love Vegas. The energy here is really, really good.” She is also set to perform her new single live. With 1,350 participants bused from Las Vegas to a remote location in the Mojave Desert, Britney Spears arrived via helicopter to celebrate the news. The cost of the announcement alone was $100,000, but given what she’ll be raking in – $30 million over two years – we’re guessing her bosses can afford it. Spears will be performing at Planet Hollywood in Sin City 48 times per year for the next two years at over $300,000 per show, beginning this December.
