Demi Lovato took a break from judging The X Factor last night to debut both her new song and some seriously blue hair on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. The 21-year old took to the NBC stage for a rendition of “Neon Lights,” the third single off her latest album and also the title of her upcoming tour . But fans were far more focused on the locks on top of Demi’s head than the words emanating from her mouth, as Lovato showed off a fresh color that would make Papa Smurf proud.
