The Teen Mom star shows off her new face on the cover of In Touch: As for what, specifically, the 21-year-old had done, she told the celebrity gossip magazine she underwent just two procedures, a rhinoplasty and a chin implant. Yes, a chin implant. “I’ve hated my nose since I was 13,” said the reality star, who’s been down this road before ( Farrah Abraham’s boob job has already been well documented). The single mom is happy with the way she looks now, she says, and isn’t planning any more “work.” Here’s hoping we don’t have another Heidi Montag on our hands. What do you think?
