Ke$ha is on the road to recovery. But she will not be hitting the road for a previously-planned concert. After entering rehab for an eating disorder a few weeks ago, the singer has now released a statement in which she thanks her fans and postpones all upcoming tour dates. “I was so looking forward to performing at these dates but I need to follow my doctor’s advice and get my health back on track,” the artist said. Adds the star: “All of your support during this time has been so amazing. I couldn’t have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour.” Fans haven’t simply been showing love for Ke$ha, they’ve been showing hate for Dr. Luke. According to Ke$ha mom (who checked into the same rehab facility as her daughter last month), the producer started her child down a dangerous path a couple years ago when he insulted her figure on the set of a music video.
