Kimberly Henderson is a musician who got famous for her viral video covers, but is now making headlines for her very “real” post-baby body. The South Carolina single mom of four shared this brave photograph of her saggy, stretch-marked belly to show people … well, exactly that. Despite having been rejected by American Idol, her video of her singing Sam Smith’s “How Will I Know” garnered tens of millions of views. She’s now using that platform to showcase her bare, unedited midriff in response to fans’ assertions that she has a “perfect” post-baby body. “Everyone always compliments me on how I have such a ‘perfect’ body after 4 kids,” the Internet sensation captioned the eye-opening pic. “I decided to upload this pic and leave my belly ‘unedited’ ‘unphotoshopped’ because I used to struggle with accepting my body after kids.” “I used to have a six pack before my babies.
