(Getty Images/Linda Raymond) Woman’s Cat Helped Her Figure Out She Had Breast Cancer An Oregan area woman is saying her cat detected her breast cancer lump even before doctors. According to a Daily News report , Michelle Pierson says her feline Mia noticed a lump that ended up being breast cancer and that the early detection has given her a better shot. Pierson says her rescue cat crawled on top of her chest and sniffed around the spot where the cancer was eventually found. She did so several times, even after her owner would shoo her away. She finally rested on the cancer spot. Pierson says she felt a lump and went ti the doctor, who then detected stage 2 breast cancer. Wow! Press play to hear her story first hand.
Kimberly Henderson is a musician who got famous for her viral video covers, but is now making headlines for her very “real” post-baby body. The South Carolina single mom of four shared this brave photograph of her saggy, stretch-marked belly to show people … well, exactly that. Despite having been rejected by American Idol, her video of her singing Sam Smith’s “How Will I Know” garnered tens of millions of views. She’s now using that platform to showcase her bare, unedited midriff in response to fans’ assertions that she has a “perfect” post-baby body. “Everyone always compliments me on how I have such a ‘perfect’ body after 4 kids,” the Internet sensation captioned the eye-opening pic. “I decided to upload this pic and leave my belly ‘unedited’ ‘unphotoshopped’ because I used to struggle with accepting my body after kids.” “I used to have a six pack before my babies. We're learning a great deal about cats these days, most notably how they feel about other animals. To wit: they are very scared of large moose . Yet they are totally unfazed by a mountain lion at the back door. The video above was posted by comic/prankster Tom Mabe and was filmed at a friend's house near Boulder, Colorado.
