Jenelle Evans doesn't have the best track record when it comes to keeping her pets happy and healthy, you know? It's actually kind of a whole thing. Looking Back As we said, Jenelle has never been much of an animal lover — remember back in the day on Teen Mom 2 when she crammed her two big dogs in one crate, yelled at them, then opened the door for them to go outside and tried to get them to run away? 2. Ugh And then there was the the time when her dog started showing up in photos with what very much looked like a broken tail. She never seemed too concerned about that. 4. RIP Nugget All of that was truly awful, but it was nothing when compared to what David did to Nugget. 5. Poor Pup Nugget was Jenelle’s little French bulldog, and she appeared to be especially attached to it. But when the dog nipped at Ensley, David thought that instead of trying to train the dog or teach his kids how to interact with animals, he’d just take the dog outside and shoot it. 6. A Mystery Some reports claimed that he beat the dog before killing it, others claimed that when he came back inside afterwards, he was covered in blood. Well folks, we’ve got good news and bad news. The good news is, it looks as though Hayden Panettierre has finally parted ways with her abusive boyfriend, Brian Hickerson . The bad news is, it appears that she’s now dating Brian’s brother, Zach Hickerson. We don’t mean to suggest that Zach is necessarily a bad guy because of his association with Brian. It’s just one of the situations that seems likely to end badly, ya know? News of the romantic shakeup comes to us courtesy of Radar Online. A source tells the site that this is no mere fling, and Hayden and Zach have been in a relationship for several months now. “It’s a very strange set of circumstances,” says the insider. “I don’t know if it’s better than the alternative,” claims the source, identified only as a “concerned friend.” “How strange it may be, the one positive thing about this is Zach is certainly not the violent temper that Brian is.” Obviously, that’s a good thing. But it’s hard not be concerned for Hayden’s safety knowing that she’s still in Hickerson’s social circle following what we assume was a very messy breakup. Hickerson stands accused of assaulting Panettiere several times over the course of a single week earlier this year. To the chagrin of her family and friends, Hayden stayed with Brian despite the allegations. Currently, Hickerson is awaiting trial on domestic violence charges that could land him behind bars form a very long time. Hayden has yet to confirm her new relationship but she was recently spotted on what appeared to be a date with Zach. “They were walking hand-in-hand, talking and laughing together,” says the source. “She was jumping up and down making funny faces, and he was flexing his muscles and laughing. They looked happy together.” The insider adds that Hayden and Zach have “been involved for two months now.” “Those close to Hayden are not going to pretend to understand it or condone it,” but “there’s nothing anyone can do,” claims the informant. “She has been reluctant to talk about it because she knows how people feel — it’s definitely something she would not want to discuss.,” the insider adds. “And she doesn’t want to share too much especially because of what’s going on with Brian and his legal issues.” Brian Hickerson’s jury trial begins in Los Angeles court on September 24. After weeks of back and forth, Lisa and then-BFF Kyle Richards ha a screaming match, and ended their friendship. 4. Nene vs. Kim on The Real Housewives of Atlanta Nene Leakes and Kim Zolciak-Biermann were once good friends, but all of that changed when Zolciak started dating some dude named Big Poppa. Leakes told her castmates the man was married, and it was later confirmed. And Nene was having none of it. “Close your legs to married men!” she yelled at her one-time friend. 5. Fraud on the Real Housewives of New Jersey New Jersey’s resident table flipper, Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe Giudice raised suspicions when they filed for bankruptcy. They were accused of committing mail, wire, bank, bankruptcy, and tax fraud. They were both indicted in 2014. Teresa played dumb, saying she had no idea what was happening and was given a 15-month jail sentence. Joe was given 41 months, before being detained for possible deportation back to Italy. 6. A Limo State of Mind on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills At first, Kyle Richards always defended her sister Kim when cast members complained that her behavior was a cause for concern. All of that came to a head when the cast members were in a limousine and Kim accused Kyle of stealing the family’s inherited vacation house. They don’t play fair, especially when you’re an accused rapist . According to DailyMail , a gang in Mexico City caught up with a man who was accused of raping a young woman, as punishment they stripped the man naked, handcuffed him, stretched him out, and allowed a hungry pit bull terrier go to TOWN on his twig and berries. Oh yeah, the gang recorded the whole thing on video. The victim is heard screaming ‘stop, leave me now, leave me’ while the group watch. One of the gang then covers his mouth with a rag to stifle his cries for help. A second dog, a brown pit bull, appears but does not join in. Footage taken by one of the attackers shows how the alleged rapist was castrated by the ravenous dog, leaving nothing but a gaping, raw wound. By a show of hands, who feels bad for this guy? Anyone? Bueller?
As the initial category 4 hurricane has tore through the Bahamas and is headed to the continental United States, it’s clear from the current damage that the people in these areas will need help to rebuild. The International Red Cross believes as many as 13,000 homes have been severely damaged or destroyed by Hurricane Dorian. It’s difficult to determine the true damage because it’s hard to get in contact with people on the ground so these are rough estimates. If you’re looking for resources to help some of the area affected here’s a list of organizations that are prepping to assist areas in Dorian Path: City of Miami BAHAMASTRONG The City of Miami has created 16 drop-off locations to collect donations, fire stations and some churches. The city’s commissioner is hoping a near-miss so far in Miami will mean people donate what they bought in preparation for Dorian. They’re asking for water, canned goods and baby formulas. The supplies will make it to the Bahamas on Wednesday, if weather allows. World Central Kitchen World-renowned chef José Andrés is on the ground in the Bahamas getting ready to feed the people of there. He hopes to be able to be in the impacted areas by tonight. If kitchens are destroyed, his World Central Kitchen will build a makeshift one and cook in big paella pans. World known chef, Jose Andres, just touched down to aide in preparing to feed those effected in the Bahamas. Numerous amounts of kitchens are wiped out and his World Central Kitchen will create a ‘makeshift one and cook in big paella pans’. World Central Kitchen has aided in efforts to help Hurricane Maria; millions of people have been a product of Andres and others collectively. World Central Kitchen has provided relief efforts for past storms, including in Puerto Rico for Hurricane Maria . Andrés and others collectively helped feed 3.6 million people. Humane Society of the United States The Humane Society of the United States has stepped in to help evacuate animals from animal shelters across Florida as Hurricane Dorian makes its way towards the east coast. Already, the organization has helped transport 80 animals that they hope to put up for adoption. The Humane Society of the United States decided to aide in getting animals from shelters across the Florida region as Hurricane Dorian Save The Children Save The Children said it will be working with local organizations to assist in reopening childcare and education programs in areas impacted by Hurricane Dorian. The nonprofit has provided relief for multiple storms in the past, most recently assisting more than 25,000 children and adults in the wake of 2018’s Hurricane Michael. In addition to on-the-ground support, Save The Children also provides resources ahead of storms making landfall. International Relief Teams International Relief Teams has more than 1,000 disaster health kits at the ready for residents of Florida who may be impacted by Hurricane Dorian. The organization said it has been providing “humanitarian aid, including food, medicine, and relief supplies to families worldwide since 1988.” That includes in the wake of major natural disasters. In 2017, International Relief Teams shipped more than $47,000 ready-to-eat meals to partner organizations in Victoria, Texas, in the wake of Hurricane Harvey , amounting to more than 4,600 meals. International Medical Corps International Medical Corps is assisting the Florida Department of Health with medical care in the state as it braces for Hurricane Dorian. The NGO provides “emergency services to vulnerable populations following” a storm making landfall. Its team is also working with authorities in North Carolina, a state that is predicted to sustain intense winds and substantial rainfall as Dorian makes its way up the east coast. International Medical Corps has previously provided assistance in Puerto Rico during Hurricanes Maria and Irma, where the organization helped at dozens of health clinics and continues to provide support for 26 facilities, reaching more than 63,000 patients.
Source: Towfiqu Photography / Getty Man Commits Murder/Suicide Over Medical Bills He Couldn’t Pay An elderly Washington State man called 911 on Wednesday to let them know that he planned to kill himself shortly after he murdered his wife. The 77-year old reportedly told the dispatcher: “I am going to shoot myself. We will be in the front bedroom.” 15 minutes later, deputies showed up at the house, along with crisis negotiators who tried to contact the man via phone and a bullhorn “for almost an hour.” The New York Daily News reports: Deputies used a robot mounted camera to enter the house where they discovered the man lying next to his wife, age 76. Both were dead from apparent gunshot wounds. Detectives found several notes citing “severe ongoing medical problems with the wife” and “expressing concerns that the couple did not have sufficient resources to pay for medical care.” Police say that multiple firearms were found in the home, along with two dogs who they turned over to the local humane society. Very sad situation.
