Lamar Odom has reportedly gone missing, and given the rumors that have surfaced in the last 48 hours, those close to the NBA star are fearing the worst. The 33-year-old husband of Khloe Kardashian vanished a few days ago, after she threw him out of the house. No one has had contact with him since. While the Khloe Kardashian divorce rumors have escalated for weeks, they centered around his alleged cheating. But that apparently isn’t all. We’ve since learned that his marriage to Khloe was likely in worse shape than previously imagined – due to Lamar Odom’s crack cocaine addiction . A staged intervention this week failed, at which point Khloe kicked him out. No one on her side or Lamar’s side of the family has seen him in 72 hours. Their concern? He is in the midst of a drug binge. The NBA star has battled addiction for at least two years now; Odom strongly resisted rehab prior to the 2012-13 season, but did eventually go. He bailed after three weeks, but managed to stay clean and play well for the L.A. Clippers. Once the NBA season ended, though, he went off the rails. His drug addiction is said to be the core reason why his marriage to Khloe has fallen apart, although she thinks the cheating rumors are true as well. To reiterate, it is not clear where Lamar is. No one knows if he is doing drugs or not. But family and friends (and obviously his wife) are very concerned . Hopefully, Khloe Kardashian or someone in either of their families can establish his whereabouts, make sure he’s alright and get him the help he needs.
