VH1 Black Ink Crew Fight Destroys Twitter When the Black Ink Crew trailer dropped a couple of weeks ago, everyone took notice of the big fight and wondered who was getting dollywhopped. Now we know. The man in question is none on there than Herb. The man doing the pounding? Teddy. How did this happen? It turns out that this was all about Sky and Herb not getting along. Sky was mad that Herb didn’t know who she was and didn’t treat her with the respect she wanted. Things fell apart from there. Later at a pool party, Sky took offense to Herb again and swung on him. He responded by punching her wig off and it went to hell from there. Ceaser and Teddy went after Herb and Teddy finally got him. It got ugly. Twitter is now fighting over everything. Image via Christopher Polk/Getty Images Lamar Odom Allegedly Kidnapped Over Gambling Debt, Denies Rumor Lamar Odom has lived an incredibly traumatic life and it doesn’t appear that it has gotten much easier over the years. According to a report on RadarOnline , Odom was allegedly kidnapped by bookies who wanted the money that he owed. However it wasn’t just Lamar who was said to be taken, the men also held his girlfriend, Savanna Waldrop, and her 2-year-old daughter at gunpoint. The story goes that Lamar went to Portland, Oregon to visit Waldrop and told her he wanted to gamble but he needed a loan. Waldrop is said to have gotten $10,000 from local bookies and Lamar lost the money at the casino within 20 minutes of receiving the cash. Almost immediately, the bookies began to harass Lamar, following them to his hotel waited for him in the parking lot. Eventually the men are alleged to have kicked in the hotel room door and held Lamar, Waldrop and the daughter at gunpoint before taking him for ransom until he paid. The Radar report states that Odom was taken for two days and essentially “hung out” with his kidnappers, they even took him to a nightclub. After pawning a gold chain for $1,000, getting $1,500 from Waldrop and another $2,800 from his team, Lamar was released but still owes the men $5,000. All that said, Lamar’s manager and publicist both deny that any of this happened to EOnline : “The kidnapping is false, it’s a lie, it’s made up,” Odom’s manager Zoul El Fassi tells E! News. “He does know her. He’s not going to deny that but she was just a girl he used to party with.” Says publicist Eve Sarkisyan-Nunn: “We are aware of the false story circulating around regarding Lamar. FilmMagic/FilmMagic for Bonnaroo Arts And Music Festival Bonnaroo Attendee Found Dead At The Beloved Festival A Bonnaroo patron was found dead on Friday morning inside the festival’s campground in Manchester, Tennessee. According to reports from USA Today , the individual was identified as Michael Donivan Craddock, a Tennessee native. A spokesperson for the Coffee County Sheriff’s Office said that law enforcement responded to a medical call at the venue at around 10:30 a.m, and shortly after they arrived, authorities discovered Craddock unresponsive inside his vehicle. Officials told the publication that foul play is not suspected, and that the body was sent to Nashville for an autopsy so that they can determine the exact cause of death. Craddock’s passing marks the 13th fatalityin the history of the annual music festival, since its inception 17 years ago. The last death happened in the summer of 2015, when a 47-year-old man died from a pre-existing cardiac issue. Bonnaroo 2018 started off on Thursday and is scheduled to continue through Sunday including music from Eminem, Playboi Carti, and Future.
Desiree Navarro/WireImage Jimmy Iovine & Dr. Dre Are Fighting A Huge Beats Royalty Lawsuit Having one of the biggest headphone brands in the game isn’t always glorious–take it from the guys behind Beats. The origin of Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine’s Beats company is currently under debate in Los Angeles Superior Court, because entrepreneur Steven Lamar is suing the duo for allegedly screwing him out of a whopping $100 million in royalties. Lamar is claiming that he’s the one who brought the idea of a celebrity-endorsed headphone line to Dre and Iovine all the way back in 2006, according to reports from Billboard . After the trio went through a falling out, Iovine and Dre sued him, and both parties ended up eventually settling. With the settlement came these conditions: Lamar relinquished his rights in exchange for four percent royalties of every headphone sold thereafter. Thereafter, Beats started designing and selling newer models, and as you probably already know, the pair eventually sold the company to Apple for a smooth $3 billion. Now, the issue is whether or not Lamar is owed royalties for the models sold after their initial settlement was made, or if the former Beats owners owe him a substantial amount more. The judge originally rejected Lamar’s claim that they owe him anything, but a California appeals court thought otherwise and revived the lawsuit two years ago, stating that the royalty agreement both parties initially agreed to was “ambiguous.” The current proceedings revolve around the debate as to whether or not the agreement was about one particular product, or any future iterations and models. In the proceedings, Lamar introduced a PowerPoint presentation containing slides from the early days of Beats, where he brainstormed various models that he, Dre, and Iovine would collaborate on in the future. Right now, this entire matter is currently for the Los Angeles Superior Court to wade through—but something like this can sure take a while.
OK, so it’s been nearly four months now since we first learned that Khloe Kardashian is pregnant with her first child. Or one month, if you just want to go from her confirmation of the big news . Either way, that’s a pretty decent about of time for Lamar Odom to hear about the news and to come to terms with it. Or at least to come to terms with it enough to be able to give a statement on the subject without coming across as a little bit shady, right? Wrong! Lamar makes an appearance in an upcoming episode of Mancave, a talk shot on BET, and he was asked about Khloe’s pregnancy. “I’m happy for her,” he said. “She took care of me. She’ll be a good mother, for real. She’s a great woman.” And that part is sweet, right? It’s also very, very true. We all remember how, back in 2015, Lamar suffered an overdose that very nearly killed him, and how Khloe stayed by his side, even though they were going through a divorce. She even called off the divorce so that she’d be able to help make medical decisions for him when he was unable to do so himself. We heard about how she rarely left his side while he was in the hospital — if she ever did at all — and how she was so intent to stay with him that she didn’t even shower when things were touch and go there for a while. She said then that she stayed with him because while their marriage obviously didn’t work out, she still had love for him, and she couldn’t just abandon him in such a time. So she did take care of him, in a very real way. But this next thing that Lamar said in the interview? Well, it wasn’t quite so sweet … “I still got my shawty’s name still on me, her initials still on me,” he said, referring to the matching tattoos he and Khloe got on their hands when they were married. “But for no reason,” he clarified. He said that “I understand when it’s over, it’s over. When she was with her second or third NBA ball player, I could see that.” Damn, Lamar, don’t hold back! We get that he’s probably just joking around, or trying to make light of a difficult situation , and of course the Kardashians have always appreciated professional athletes for boyfriends. But this just seems a little too catty, you know? It’s not like Khloe ran through NBA players after filing for divorce — which she did, by the way, at least in part because Lamar publicly cheated on her. The only serious relationships she had between Lamar and Tristan Thompson were with French Montana, a rapper, and James Harden. She was rumored to be dating Rick Fox for a little while in there, too, so Tristan would make her third NBA player after Lamar. But regardless of the types of men she decides to date, it’s obvious that she’s very happy right now, way happier than she was during much of her marriage to Lamar here. Portia de Rossi is out for some kind of justice against Steven Seagal. And we really hope she gets it. The veteran actress took to Twitter on Wednesday to level a serious accusation against the former action star, claiming Seagal made a clear sexual advance in her direction a number of years ago. Here is how de Rossi described the disturbing scene: My final audition for a Steven Segal movie took place in his office. He told me how important it was to have chemistry off-screen as he sat me down and unzipped his leather pants. I ran out and called my agent. Unfazed, she replied, “well, I didn’t know if he was your type.” Jeez. It’s hard to even say what’s more troubling here: The actions of Seagal or the response of Portia’s agent? The Arrested Development and Scandal actress has made this claim not long after Julianna Margulies outlined a similar encounter with Seagal back when Margulies was just 23 years old. “A casting director, a woman, said, ‘Steven Seagal wants to go over the scene with you in his hotel room at 10 o’clock at night,’” The Good Wife star told Jenny Hutt on SiriusXM’s Just Jenny last Friday. For understandable reasons, Margulies explained that she was hesitant to follow this direction. She tried to make excuses for why she couldn’t attend the random and possibly shady meeting. “I lived in Brooklyn, and I said, ‘Oh, I don’t do that. I don’t travel. I don’t have money for a cab.’ And I didn’t,” Margulies said on the show, adding: “And I said, ‘And I don’t take subways late at night.’ And she says, ‘Don’t worry, we’ll reimburse you. And I’m here, a woman.’ I got to the hotel at 10:40, and she wasn’t there. And he was. Alone. And he made sure that I saw his gun, which I had never seen a gun in real life. “And I got out of there unscathed.” Ummm… WTH?!? Seagal has not made a movie in ages, and yet has been in the news often of late. First, he slammed the NFL and looked like this in an interview: Steven Seagal Slams NFL in Bizarre Interview, Resembles Various Types of Villains Then, footage surfaced of Seagal referring to female journalists as bitches . So, we’re not saying de Rossi and Margulies are 100% telling the truth for sure. We’re just saying we wouldn’t be surprised if they were. Last month, Inside Edition correspondent Lisa Guerrero went public with her own alleged encounter, stating that Seagal answered the door of an audition one time “in a silk robe and nothing else.” Guerrero went on to claim that she was cut from a movie after refusing to go to Seagal’s dressing room.
