Kailyn Lowry to Lauren Comeau: You Owe Me an Apology!

Kailyn Lowry is all about trying to make peace these days. Under certain conditions, that is. Last week, for example, Lowry said she’d love to sit down and talk to Jenelle Evans in the wake of the latter’s confirmed plans to divorce David Eason. This announcement came as a pretty huge shock to fans of the Teen Mom franchise, considering the bitter rivalry that has existed between Lowry and Evans for years. But Lowry expressed sympathy to Evans over all she has gone through with awful husband David Eason and all she will likely through over the next several months of negotiations. (Jenelle just obtained a restraining order against Eason and has outlined various ways in which he threatened her .) Speaking to In Touch Weekly not long after Jenelle told fans of her marital split, Lowry said that she “wishes [Evans] the best” going forward and, well… that was it. Good for her, right? Now, Lowry has touched on the subject of another long-time foe: ex-husband Javi Marroquin’s fiancee, Lauren Comeau. A follower asked Kailyn if she would entertain the possibility of having Comeau as a guest on her podcast, Coffee Convos, Lowry said, yes, sure, she was open to this appearance… … on one condition. “As soon as she’s ready to come talk to me woman to woman and apologize, she’s welcome anytime,” Lowry said about Comeau. Not exactly as mature a response as Kailyn offered when it came to Jenelle, huh? This may be due to the fact that Lowry and Comeau have quite the personal history, sharing a baby daddy, for starters, along with a kind of ugly past. On the latest Teen Mom 2 reunion special, for example, Marroquin opened up about why Lowry and Lauren aren’t on the best of terms. “Kail went through my phone, Lauren called her a twat,” he said on air, to which Lowry quickly added: “Several times in one paragraph.” In a different scene, while sitting down with Jo Rivera’s wife, Vee, Kailyn further explained why she will not be friends with Lauren, the way she is close to Vee.  “I’m saying I will not be friends with her, I’m telling you, this isn’t a ‘we’ll see,'” Lowry said  bluntly. “I will be cordial with each other because we have children that are siblings.” In January of this year, meanwhile, Javi spoke to OK Magazine about Lauren and Kailyn’s rocky relationship and how he tries to navigate the tension between his ex and his current. At the time of this tabloid interview, Javi revealed that the two ladies still haven’t really spoken to each other, but we’re taking “baby steps” to make things better. It probably didn’t help when Lowry recently said Javi tried to cheat on Lauren with… her . Kailyn was married to Javi for nearly four years before ending their marriage in 2016. They split custody of son Lincoln and have overcome some awful times themselves to now be on strong terms. As for Lauren and Kailyn? You’d maybe think they’d be a little closer, simply because they have one huge thing in common: Marroquin has screwed each one over by screwing someone else behind their backs . Amy Roloff Just Bought a New House, You Guys!

Mark off another major milestone for Amy Roloff. The Little People, Big World star has been undergoing one giant change after another over the past several weeks, from the sublime (an engagement!) to the tragic (the death of her mother). So…  what now? Roloff has purchased a new home. Those who have been following the reality star’s life over the past year or so must be familiar with how she sold a parcel of her land on her family’s farm to her ex-husband, Matt. Ever since, Amy has been searching for a house away from the farm in which to settle down. She’s been keeping social media followers well apprised of this journey, admitting that she was a bit nervous because she hasn’t lived on a different piece of property in decades. But now Radar Online can confirm that Roloff has bought a residence in Hillsboro, Oregon; she closed the deal on September 27 and she paid $588,500 for the home. It’s located 15 minutes away from the farm, an insider confirms, and sits on .16 acres. According to Zillow, meanwhile, the average home price in this town is $379,200, meaning Amy likely purchased herself a pretty nice place. Also of note? Fiance Chris Marek helped Amy throughout the process, which does make a lot of sense, consdering he makes a living in the real estate industry. What else do we know about the home, courtesy of this Radar report? It boasts five bedrooms — very important when kids and grandkids, we’re sure, will often be invited over to stay — and four bathrooms and it takes up an area of 3,767 square feet. In September, Amy and Marek announced they had gotten engaged after three years of dating. Just a short while later, sadly, Amy’s mother died at the age of 86 after a lengthy battle with an illness related to a bone infection. Roloff has been paying her tribute on Instagram in the weeks since, most recently writing of her beloved late parent: Went to my Mon’s gravesite today. To feel her presence, talk w/ her, pray and be thankful for what her life gave to me. Can hardly believe that it’s been one month since my Mom’s passing and one week since her memorial. Still feels like just yesterday. Sometimes you just don’t feel or want to move on but you must. On top of all this personal news, Amy is set to welcome TWO new grandchildren in the very near future. Daughter-in-law Tori is due with a son any week now, while daughter-in-law Audrey is due in early January. Between these births AND a wedding to plan AND a move to make, we just hope Amy finds the time to count her blessings and to realize her amazing good fortune. We have no doubt that she will. Flexing Essentials: Offset Breaks Down His Must-Have Essentials & Reveals His Daily Shopping Budget [Video]

Source: Hot 97 / Hot 97 Offset Breaks Down His Must-Have Essentials & His Daily Shopping Budget Offset –who you probably recognize from Atlanta’s favorite trio The Migos–has been known to spend a good amount of bread on various luxury items, such as jewelry and sneakers, since coming into the hip-hop game. He’s also known around the ATL for his real estate and condo investments, some of which he’s working on alongside his wife and fellow rap star Cardi B . Just last month, we reported that the lavish rapper was hit with a tax lien from the state of Georgia , which he has yet to respond to publically. He also recently dropped a bag to acquire stake in the gaming organization “Faze Clan,” which is the number one leading brand throughout the insanely huge gaming industry. We say all that to say; this guy knows how to drop a serious bag on anything and everything, so it’s not surprising that he has an impressive collection of material goods. Just last week Offset was in New York City and decided to stop by the Hypebeast offices to break down some of his favorite recent purchases. Throughout the video, the rapper goes into detail flexing a few of his favorite things, including his pair of Nike Air MAGs (which are currently worth about $50,000 in the resell market), some UNC Jordan 4s, Oregon Jordan 13s, Stussy Nike SBs, and more. On the more luxurious scale, Offset brought with him some of his most-prized jewelry, such as rings and chains. With all that on him, storage is a must, and the Georgia native makes himself clear when he says that traveling wouldn’t be complete if he didn’t bring his Louis Vuitton pouch painted with a caricature of his wife Cardi B. Check out the video for yourself down below so you can watch Offset break down some of his favorite purchases and also discuss his daily budget when he’s out shopping:

Caryn Chandler Tries and Fails to Shade Amy Roloff

If you love painfully awkward exchanges between reality stars and their fans, this one’s for you. Mott Roloff has been sticking it to ex-wife Amy Roloff all summer by flaunting gorgeous vacation photos with his girlfriend Caryn Chandler. Now it seems Caryn is dipping her toe in the drama pool too after posting her own date night photo with Matt, and throwing a little shade Amy’s way. Last weekend, Caryn posted a cute shot of herself and Matt sharing a meal on Instagram.  The couple both grin for the camera while enjoying what looks to be a tiny pizza and a cup of tomato bisque. It all seems innocent enough, with a sweet caption to match. “Dinner in Bend, Oregon on a quick road trip & get a way,” Caryn captioned. “Never mind those pesky summer thunderstorms,” she added. She also included the umbrella and eye roll emoji, for good measure. Caryn’s fans and followers, however, were not about to waste this opportunity to drag up some Roloff drama. One pot-stirrer wrote “Watch out, I see Amy looking through the window.” That’s a scary thought that would have anyone looking over their shoulder, just to check. Amy and Matt’s breakup has stayed relatively mature and amicable.  However, amy has been open about Matt having an  affair with Caryn  while he and Amy were still together. The former couple has refrained from public arguments and online mud-slinging. But it’s clear Amy is not a big fan of Caryn, or her involvement in the dissolution of her marriage. Fans are keenly aware of this, and that’s why some are jokingly tormenting Caryn with references to Amy creeping around her and Matt’s dates. So how did Caryn respond to being put on the spot for stealing Amy’s man? With just one, somewhat inscrutable flushed-face emoji! Use your words, Caryn! What are we all supposed to make of this? At the very least, we can say Caryn seems to feel pretty embarrassed by the commenter’s remark. That she chose to respond but not actually say anything implies that she doesn’t know what to say in her defense. Or maybe she just has nothing nice to say about Amy? Our best guess is that Caryn was just trying to say, “Wow, why’d you have to go and make this real awkward?” But that’s not the kind of thing “nice” celebs tend to say to fans. That’s a whole conversation Caryn is not trying to have with this random Insta user.  But if that’s the case, perhaps the more graceful alternative would have been to just ignore that comment. Some other commenters seemed to agree.  “Yikes,” began one response, “no response to that would [have] been classy move.” Maybe so, but it was too late by that point. Other commenters just wanted to get in on the fun. “Yeah,” One user chimed in, “[Amy’s] saying thank God she’s someone else problem.” “Exactly!!” another agreed, “She can have him.” It seems like quite a few people feel like Amy is well rid of her duplicitous ex. That said, we hope Caryn’s blushing emoji doesn’t mean she feels ashamed of her behavior. Caryn was just trying to share a happy moment from her life.  If Amy has any objections to that, it’s really not Caryn’s fault. But the real winner in this comment thread was one user who ignored the ex-drama, but took issue with Caryn complaining about the stormy weather. “Summer thunderstorms are cool!” they insisted, adding a storm cloud emoji. How dare Caryn drag Mother Nature like that? Hopefully her Instagram fanbase will always be here to set her straight. View Slideshow: Matt Roloff Fires Back at Amy: I’m Better Than You Are!

#DaytonShooting 9 Dead, 26 Injured In Ohio Mass Shooting

Source: DenisTangneyJr / Getty Dayton, Ohio Mass Shooting Another mass shooting has happened in the United States in less than 24 hours. After 21-year-old Patrick Crusius of Allen, Texas killed 20 people and injured 26 at a Walmart in El Paso , a gunman opened fire in Dayton, Ohio. NBC News reports that 9 people are dead and 26 injured after a gunman wearing body armor and armed with a rifle and high-capacity magazines opened fire on a line of people waiting to get inside Ned Peppers Bar in Dayton’s Oregon District. Police responded to the scene quickly, in less than one minute, and killed the gunman whose been described as a “heavyset” white man. Dayton mayor Nan Whaley noted police’s quick response but wondered why the mass shooting happened. “If Dayton police had not gotten to the shooter in under a minute – and think about that, nine killed and 26 injured in under a minute – hundred of people in the Oregon District would have been killed,” Whaley said during a press conference. “Clearly, the question has to be, why does Dayton have to be the 250th shooting in America?” Whaley said. “Two hundred and fifty this year. El Paso was 249, Dayton was 250.” This is all so, so crazy and of course, deranged Dorito is offering nothing but “thoughts and prayers” for the people of Texas and the people of Ohio. Today’s shooting in El Paso, Texas, was not only tragic, it was an act of cowardice. I know that I stand with everyone in this Country to condemn today’s hateful act. There are no reasons or excuses that will ever justify killing innocent people…. — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 4, 2019 The FBI, local and state law enforcement are working together in El Paso and in Dayton, Ohio. Information is rapidly being accumulated in Dayton. Much has already be learned in El Paso. Law enforcement was very rapid in both instances. Updates will be given throughout the day! — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 4, 2019 What do YOU think about two mass shootings happening in less than 24-hours in America??? The incident took place at around 1 a.m. on Saturday at a Taco Bell branch in Beaverton, Oregon, according to Washington County Sheriff’s Office. The suspect is 23-year-old Elianna Aguilar-Aguilar, who had a blood alcohol level of 0.12 percent, over the Oregon state limit of 0.08. Little People, Big World Finale: Did Anyone Buy the Farm?

And, with that, it’s over. Both the latest season of Little People, Big World and the one major debate that hung over the past several episodes of this TLC reality show. Would Amy and Matt Roloff sell their family farm? Would the latter convince the former that this was for the best? Or would the former successfully hold out and hold on to the property? On Tuesday’s concluding episode of Little People, Big World, Amy finally decided – after lengthy, frustrating and at times anger-filled negotiations with her ex-husband – that living on the farm was no longer “healthy” for her. She agreed to move on. “This has been a huge, huge decision, and it’s probably caused me a lot of stress and a lot of anxiety and a lot of sadness,” Amy confessed to the camera on Tuesday night ahead of her meeting with Matt, adding: “It was hard to get to this place, but I think it’s time.” Does she really, though? “I’ve been dreading making this decision,” the mother of four continued. “I wish it came a lot quicker, but it didn’t. And so I did take the time. It wasn’t easy for me, but I’m glad it’s here now.” Amy and Matt have lived on the farm in Oregon and run it as a business for three decades. Even after their divorce in 2016, they remained on the propery; residing just about 100 yards from each other and still working side by side. So of course this was a monumental decision for Amy. Of course she needed to take her time in making it. We really can’t believe fans gave her a hard time for thinking about the issue from all sides. Matt explained on the finale that he wanted Amy to still feel welcome on the farm — and he hoped she would be part of pumpkin season every year. However, he also agreed that Amy moving on would be best for their family as a whole. “I’m a little surprised Amy is choosing to sell her equity of the farm, but you know, it feels like it might be the right decision,” he told the camera. “I know it’s hard for her; it’s hard for both of us and she’s been raising her kids here for 30 years, but I do think it feels like it’s time to move on.” For his part, Matt referred to farm ownership as a “burden” earlier this season… and he also bought a home in Arizona with girlfriend Caryn Chandler last year. After all these years on the land, he’s expressed little hesitancy in doing something else with his life. “I don’t think any decision was really a good one. I think it’s the best one, not only for right now, but I think in the future for me,” Amy said of why she has finally sold, making it clear she isn’t exactly thrilled with the development. On the finale, she added of her decision: “This farm worked for me because we had two people making it happen. I can’t do it on my own. Everything for me has changed on the farm.” How did Zach Roloff feel about this conclusion? It didn’t come as much of a shock to him, not after the many weeks his mother spent contemplating what to do. Watch Little People, Big World Season 14 Episode 10 Online This is what he said once the decision to sell was finalized: “I think probably that’s the best choice. It will be harsh and quick, but then the road to recovery, I think will happen faster.” According to Radar Online, however, Oregon property records show both Matt and Amy’s names remain on the deed of the house. So we’re not entirely sure where things stand at the moment, months after the finale was filmed. Amy and Matt Roloff: How Does Their Relationship Work?!?

Amy Roloff and Matt Roloff work together and live approximately 100 yards away from each other. They see each other almost everyday and are constantly asked about one another. And yet… Amy and Matt are not merely divorced, but they are in very serious relationships with other people and yet still manage to remain amicable and supportive of each other. This prompts an obvious question, right? HOW?!? How do they make this arrangement successful? “We want to remain respectful,” Amy told Access in a recent interview, explaining how they may no longer be husband and wife… but they will always be the parents of four children. “For the sake of our kids. … We did have a long life together … it didn’t work out, we’ve moved on, but for the sake of the kids, you know,” she added. Most of Little People, Big World this season has been centered on a feud between Amy and Matt. The latter seemingly wants to sell the family farm, while the former is far more hesitant. Matt went as far as to say Amy was holding his life hostage on a recent episode, but this obstacle doesn't appear to have affected the former couple's long-term relationship. “We can drive each other crazy, but then we respect each other as well,” Matt told Us Weekly a few days ago, echoing his ex-wife's sentiment. He even said the pair often hang out together…  with  their respective girlfriend (Caryn Chandler) and boyfriend (Chris Marek). “We ran an event just the other day – I was there with Caryn and [she was] there with Chris, and Amy and I and Chris and Caryn all had conversation. There was no tension in the room; it was all very easy.” Easy, perhaps. But also unusual. Amy explained to this same tabloid that the quartet are likely not “going to be best friends,” yet they “can be in the same room” together. Matt, for his part, said he would love to double date with Amy and her boyfriend, but “it hasn’t gotten anywhere” yet. He has, however, put trolls in their place any time they criticize Amy online. He still has her back. The TLC costars — who share twins Jeremy and Zach Roloff, 28, son Jacob Roloff, 22, and daughter Molly Roloff, 25 — got married in 1987 and announced their split in June of 2015 “After 27 years of marriage, it is with great sadness that we have come to the difficult decision to file for divorce,” they said in a statement at the time, concluding: “We are proud of what we have accomplished together.” The duo now reside in separate houses on the same Oregon farm, which they still run as a team. Although it's unclear for how much longer this will be the case. Check out snippets from their recent interview here!
