As voted on by citizens across the country, Miley Cyrus is the worst celebrity influence on the planet. The young singer/actress clearly has a long way to go to improve her image, but this is a start: following a concert at Kentucky’s Freedom Hall on Saturday night, Miley surprised fans with an encore performance at the Phoenix Hill Tavern in Louisville.
