Miley missed a costume change during a show in Milwaukee last night, improvising and simply taking to the stage anyway for a rendition of her hit “23.” In merely a bra and underwear, that is: A fan captured the scantily-clad moment on Twitter, while Cyrus later posted herself. “not a new outfit for 23… I didn’t make my quick change and I couldn’t not come out for the song so I just had to run out in my undies :(” she wrote, adding: “Never happened to me before. But I love my fans as much as they love me! I couldn’t miss 23 ❤️. Show must go on :(” And go on it did, in an unsurprising manner even, considering Miley recently posed with a sex toy and pretended to give a Bill Clinton impersonator oral sex .
