The TV show Gossip Girl is doing its best to take the fashion crown from Sex and the City with their fantastic costumes. Yesterday we saw Blake Lively looking sexy in a dominatrix inspired figure hugging outfit and later in the afternoon Taylor Momsen turned up in this fashionable dress with some rocker chick tussled hair.
