In less than two weeks, Teresa Giudice will turn herself over to authorities and begin serving 15 months in prison on fraud charges. Sources say Teresa’s been doing everything in her power to give her daughters an enjoyable final Christmas with their parents ( Joe Giudice begins his 41-month sentence after Teresa gets released), but not surprisingly, she’s found that to be easier said than done. In addition to the stress brought about by a looming prison sentence, Teresa has reportedly grown increasingly frustrated with her turbulent marriage. There have been rumors that Joe plans to divorce Teresa while she’s locked up, and given his behavior over the years, we wouldn’t put it past him. Neither would Teresa, it seems, as the Housewife has reportedly grown desperate in her search for a temporary guardian to care for her four daughters while she’s behind bars. “She knows Joe doesn’t want to take care of them, and she doesn’t think he’s capable,” a source tells Life & Style. “Teresa has become so desperate she’s now considering giving her kids to friends.” The insider says Teresa has struck out in her search for a family member to take her three youngest daughters. Her oldest, Gia, is reportedly planning to live with one of bandmates from the girl group 3KT. “[Gia] knows her family needs her, but she also realizes she need a mother figure while her mom is locked away,” says the source.
