115 Dead In Southern China Flood

A torrent of floods which is caused by heavy storms have killed 115 individuals in Southern China. According to weather reports, there are still 21 people who are missing. The emergency rescue teams have been sent across Southern China to help the 685,000 victims who were advised to evacuate. A statement on the Ministry of Civil Affairs website was released that the storm had caused £1.53 billion damages. Chen who is an official at the Hunan Water Bureau said that the rain was severe but it begins to subside. 13 provinces were affected by the flood including Guangdong, Sichuan and Zhejiang.
