Mack Wilds Janeé Bolden Salaam Remi Brunch gets no better! BOSSIP is proud to say we’ve been supporters of Tristan “Mack” Wilds “The Artist” for years now. So we were proud to have our Senior Editor Janeé Bolden host a Pre-VMA Brunch at #MackHouse, the pop-up Wilds took over for the weekend at Open House Gallery | 201 Mulberry Street. Janeé and Mack were joined by a select group of media and entertainment friends at the intimate event catered by Negril, with sounds by DJ Soul. Guests were treated to a live performance of select cuts off Mack’s “New York: A Love Story” due out 9/17 on Sony and ReMiFaMusic/LouderThanLifeRecords (Salaam Remi’s label). Janeé’s favorite cut off the album is “Don’t Turn Me Down” which showcases Mack’s incredible vocals, but his first single “Own It” is also becoming a crowd favorite. Amanda Seales Karen Civil (Beats By Dre/KarenCivil.com) Angela Yee (Power 105) Jennifer Williams (J Sharpe Agency) Shannon Washington (Parlour Magazine) Mack Wilds Nakia Hansen (Parlour) Hillary Crosley (Parlour) Hit the flip for more of the unique #MackHouse decor and some hot Instagram shots from our guests.
